Hi! 👋🏻 I'm David, the founder of Rainier Watch. The RW brand all started with a community movement to answer the most important question in the PNW "Is The Mountain out?".

And out of that movement, the RW Shop was born as a way to give back and support "The Mountain" aka Tahoma (Mount Rainier). Since launching the RW Shop, we've been able to donate $20,000+ to various causes like protecting our National Parks!

We donate part of every purchase to non-profits like Washington's National Park Fund that help protect and support National Parks like Mount Rainier National Park.

What is your return policy?

If your order doesn't fit right or you don't love it, please let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to do an exchange or return!

When will you ship my order?

Our small team ships most orders with 2 business days - we are a very small team so during sales or busy season it make a little longer. They are shipped from the RW warehouse that's located about 30 minutes outside Seattle.

How soon will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered with 5-8 business days after you place the order. Orders within Washington are a little faster!

How do I get my order shipped with the carbon footprint offset?

You don't have to do anything - We recently upgraded so that all orders are shipped carbon neutral!

I’ve been living in this cozy shirt since I received it. I got it oversized and it makes the perfect sleep, workout, and lounge shirt. It’s my after work ritual to shower and slip into this lightweight, soft, cozy tee. I instantly feel the stress of the day leave my body. The shirt is so soft (the softest T I own!), a beautiful heathered green, and super cute. It washes well and holds up. I love the material and prints so much that I purchased this tee, the Ranger tee, and the women’s TMIO tee!

Even better than the products, if possible, is the customer service. The owner, David, always responds in a timely manner and is extremely accommodating and understanding. I returned a few items due to sizing issues, and the box got lost in the mail, but he promptly issued me a refund regardless! Fantastic products, stellar humans running this small business, and an overall fantastic customer experience! I am a customer for life :) can’t get enough of this Rainier gear!

Working in Washington for a few weeks I was able to see and visit the Cascades, Olympics, & Mt Rainier. I picked up a few shirts for the family while there but didn't think to get me anything. Once home I found the perfect shirt online with all three places I had seen/worked. I ordered two! Fit perfect and love the material. Very soft.
