Wrap yourself in Mt. Rainier with this custom woven spa towel made by Pendleton Woolen Mills exclusively for North Drinkware. This oversized and extra-plush terry towels are looped on both sides for superior absorbency and softness. Thick and luxurious, this dynamic jacquard towel is specially woven to keep its rich color, wash after wash. Perfect for mountain creek, beach, pool or hot tub.
The variety of Forest green tones woven into the blanket define the geologic features of Mt. Rainier. The lightest shades represent the current glaciers, perennial snow fields and glacial sediment, while the darker tones show the various types of volcanic rock that makes up Washington's highest peak. The detailed topographic lines of Mt. Rainier are woven into the blanket up to the summit at 14,411 ft in elevation.
We designed our blanket to work with Pendleton's jacquard weaving process which gives a unique inverse design on the front and back of the towel.
